8. With the legs, follow the same process as the arms. Spend some extra time on your feet as they are the most neglected part of our anatomy.

9. Relax your mind and body and then take a few moments to allow the oil to soak into your pores.

10. Use a mild soap or chickpea flour to wash the oil away in a warm shower.
